Help and contact
Cancelling a plan, a device that got signed out, focus time that looks wrong: those all have a written answer already, and the links below go straight to it. If yours is not there, write to us further down this page and a person will read it.
Try this first
- The guideThe written manual for the whole app: the timer, tasks, streaks, sync, plans and the AI helper. It has no search box, so pick a section from the list. English only for now.
- Billing and your planCancel, resume or switch plan yourself, in Account under Billing. Payments and invoices run through Paddle.
- Your data and your accountIn Account under Security: one button deletes the copy synced to our server, another schedules the account itself for deletion and gives you 30 days to change your mind.
- When Yappie will not accept your textWhat the checks look for, and a form that asks a person to look at a block again.
- Who can see whatTen switches against three audiences: friends, your private groups and your public ones. It sets what other people see, never what is stored.
- What's newEvery release of the desktop app and what changed in it, with an RSS feed if you would rather follow it there.
Send us a message
What happens after you send
Your message arrives in our support inbox as an email, and a person reads it. We use what you send to answer you and for nothing else.
The reply comes from a person, by email, to the address you type below. Nothing goes out automatically, so there is no confirmation mail and no ticket number: keep a copy of what you wrote, and check your spam folder before you send it again.
How long that takes depends on your plan. Up to 14 days on Free, week days on Lite, within 48 hours on Super.
Super messages are handled first, but we can only see your plan if you are signed in on this website when you send. Being signed in on the desktop or phone app is not enough, so sign in here first if you are paying.
